Meditation Training

This is a four-class experiential series. We begin by introducing the student to the basic principles of meditation, its history, and its benefits. We then customize the experience by employing various techniques to integrate the practice into the individual student’s lifestyle and overcome any challenges.

In this series, we will discuss everything from stress management to the experience of higher states of consciousness. We meditate together in each class. All students will be provided with a personalized mantra based on Vedic astrology.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program

AYURVEDA (“Ayur”=Life and “Veda”=Knowledge)
is the ancient holistic science of India which aims at a total harmony of Mind, Life, Body, and Spirit in balance with nature’s rhythms and the world around us.

This is a five-class program of daily wellness. We customize the experience by identifying the student’s Prakruti (constitution) and their Vikruti (current state of balance). Students learn a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic practices and techniques designed to balance the mind-body, enhance nutrition, reduce emotional turbulence, restore vitality, and re-awaken the senses. Students will learn the tools to integrate the teachings into their life and the lives of their loved ones.

Guided Meditations

Life can throw us a lot of challenges, and sometimes we need a moment of stillness to find clarity and balance. Guided meditations offer a safe, supportive space to reconnect, reset, and prepare for whatever lies ahead. Whether you’re adapting to a new meditation practice or navigating a significant event, these meditations are customized to meet you where you are in the present moment.

Certifications & Training

My training and certifications allow me to provide a healing environment while acting as a holistic wellness guide. In addition to personal trainer and Reiki certifications, my mentors included Buddhist monks of both the Kadampa and the Zen philosophies, and Indigenous Shamans. As my path has turned inward, I spend a great deal of time in meditation and solitude in nature. Meditation has been paramount to my journey as I’ve integrated all the teachings as well as ceremonial practices with Ayahuasca, Bufo Alvarius, Psilocybin Mushrooms and Huachuma.
